Work with us

We’re always looking for dedicated, qualified professionals to join our practice.

We value collaboration, support one another, and enjoy working together to create a welcoming and healthy work environment that encourages growth. We manage the office with the goal of handling administrative functions seamlessly so that client care is prioritized.

Radzom Counseling is committed to maintaining a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive space where all backgrounds and identities are respected and affirmed. If this sounds like a place you’d thrive, we would love to meet you.

What We

Offer

COMPENSATION

All of our providers are employees of the practice and earn, on average, $90,000/year conducting approximately 30 sessions each week, even with four weeks off every year.

While some practices consist of a collective of individuals who each operate as independent contractors, we employ all of our clinicians as W-2 employees. For you, this alleviates the burden of paying self-employment taxes while still allowing you the flexibility to control your own calendar.

Fully licensed employees receive onboarding pay while we get you integrated into the practice, before you even see your first client. The practice will reimburse you for necessary expenses incurred related to your position.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

You set your own schedule and you can choose to hold sessions in your furnished office space in our building or in the comfort of your own home.

Our competitive PTO allowance affords you the opportunity to take the necessary time away to rest and recharge for your own well-being as well as that of the clients you work with.

BENEFITS

We offer all of our employees market-leading health, dental, and vision insurance coverage at affordable rates.

To encourage and support your growth as a clinician, we provide an annual stipend for professional development and continuing education to be used at your discretion.

SUPPORT

We have a team of support staff dedicated to the success of the practice that handles all insurance credentialing, billing, referrals and initial appointment scheduling so you can focus on giving your best to your clients.

You can request as much supervision as you need. We offer optional monthly specialty consultation groups and check-ins with our Practice Director.

TEAMWORK

Working in a group practice provides you the added benefit of shared clinical experience and access to a team of qualified professionals whose collective knowledge can be tapped to provide the best care for clients. With a wide range of specialties and backgrounds in-house, we are able to refer clients to one another seamlessly.

What You

Bring

LICENSING

You need to be licensed to practice independently as a master-level clinician (LCSW or LCPC).

However, we occasionally have space for clinicians working towards licensure so please let us know if this applies to you.

AVAILABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

You set your own schedule but should be available to see between 8 and 30 clients each week. Each clinician is expected to maintain proper records and uphold the legal and ethical standards required for all mental health care providers.

APPROACH

We strive to maintain a welcoming and safe space for people of all walks of life to receive the mental health care they deserve. We expect everyone on our team to demonstrate cultural competency and respect towards both patients and colleagues at all times.

SPECIALTIES

If you have experience in Couples Counseling or Child Therapy, that’s a bonus!
