I became a therapist because I genuinely love helping people feel more grounded, understood, and capable of navigating life’s hardest moments.

In sessions, I follow your lead. That includes honoring your language, your pace, and what matters most to you. I aim to be a neutral, grounding presence—someone who can help you unpack what you’re carrying, figure out what’s getting in your way, and start building toward the kind of change that feels possible.

As a social worker, I’m especially drawn to therapy that’s collaborative, down-to-earth, and inclusive. One area I’m deeply passionate about is supporting clients through the messy and powerful transition into parenthood—especially when anxiety, identity shifts, or postpartum depression come into play. My own journey to becoming a mom wasn’t easy, and it shaped the way I show up now: with empathy, tools that work, and a deep belief that growth is possible.

You’re not expected to arrive at therapy with everything figured out. You just have to show up.
